Visited today and was very disappointed. Although there are disabled bays for parking, they are not marked in yellow as one would expect. Many of them were standard size so impossible for those who need wheelchair access. One large disabled bay was partially filled with garden furniture! Saw one member of staff only - the place seemed deserted. Reasonable range of plants but many were not in good condition, most were standing in water and, in my opinion, all were over-priced. Layout of the whole centre disjointed, distance between plant centre and restaurant significant making difficult to reach for those with impaired mobility without moving ones vehicle.

A excellent garden centre my favourite,all the family do as well.Friendly and very helpful staff lovely clean cafe.,A good choice of plants at good prices and many other things to buy.i go there even fòr clothes and presents for christmas and birthdays.Nic eselection of pet things.Infact im off there now a camping display cant wait Bye margaret bygrave of bragbury end.

Knowledge if staff is high. Nice friendly atmosphere at all times. Would recommend everyone to visit here.
