you see b&q from the main road, it's not hidden, the outside carpark is clean, tidy & large . feel a bit hungry? there is a hot kitchen when entering store, its clean & bright if you, just need j1 item or cannot find what you want, simple, ask a member of staff, they are very helpful and will take time to show you were where it is, have a question? just ask, the staff will answer you, I find them very helpful when buying power tools, these guys have done their homework. I'm a browser I make a list at home before I visit B&Q, good idea, but doesn't work, I can look on-line to help with my list now to check-out if an item that is too heavy, this is when staff are at their best, they will place in your trolley , check-out will scan item in trolley after that they help to load your car & return trolley for you, now how good is that.
