My husband and I couldn’t be more impressed with the helpful advice and service from Sam who was working in store the afternoon of July 27th. He went out of his way to make sure we found everything we wanted demonstrating excellent product knowledge and information. Lovely to meet a young employee who was so enthusiastic, happy and helpful.

Absolutely wonderful customer service from a young man called Charlie who took the time to provide information for me to help me choose between two products and was very helpful and polite. Thank you B&Q staff especially charlie!

I visited your store last Friday 22nd July and although the paint I wanted was not available two lady members of your staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful. They both "bent over backwards" to help and they are accredit to your organisation. Unfortunately I did not get their names but they were on duty that afternoon in the paint department. Please thank them for me.
