I have consistently had good service from the staff at B&Q at the Erdington branch. All of the garden centre staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Today, the manager Andy, went out of his way to help me. He was efficient, well organised, kept to his promises and clearly put the customer first - Thanks to him and his staff on a particularly busy Saturday. He is a real asset to the team!
