Rude and incompetent staff!!!
Really a pity such a store in the hands of staff that do not care to know the basics of clients service although they are the ones facing us.
I asked a simple question and got replied in such a rude manner with a tone of voice that you could hear in a gheto.
Comon B&Q, you can choose your staff better?
