Bought a fireplace and surround from the reclaim centre. Live in Cumbria, so arranged for courier to collect it. It arrived damaged and remains unresolved as to whether the seller or courier was responsible, but the surround was not collected. Seller agreed twice to refund £50 against the surround which was never refunded, despite numerous follow-up emails. VERY DISAPPOINTED - AS IS MY BANK ACCOUNT!!
