In 1980 Major John Eyre built the original garden centre on wasteland that had previously been the site for the historic Gloster Aircraft Company. The garden centre was subsequently bought by Jardinerie and later was relayed in their trademark themed galleries that they were famous for, as well as introducing the first restaurant on site.

my father was sold a walk in greenhouse.it was dismanteled as the last one it was literaly thrown on a trollet like a dump the cover allscrunched up. with the zip broken.no instructions .my father 85 years old made another trip to blooms for instuctions.it was a complete waste of time as even myself when called and examined it could not fathom it out. I am going to get in touch with gardmans..as well as trading standards as it was not sold as seen. and I want a replacement or his money back.. watch this space to see results.. the old chap is making another 20 mile trip to take it back

Store was easy to find right on juntion of motorway staff was very helpfull went out of the way to help you,even explained the benefits using the store. The new aquaclub on line is very helpfull giving avice with fish keeping for old and begingers you can see it on thier website or you tube and face book. I all so like it when you spend 20 pounds or more you get a loyatly stamp get 5 stamps they will give voucher to spend instore,the prices was very reasonable fish tanks looked clean and fish was healthy looking the fish i got as lasted a lot longer than i got from other garden centers even thou its 26 miles from where i lve i shall allways use the store or buy on line service they have
