Sale items misleading, not all items included, rude staff require training on customer service

Garden Centre is lovely. However, the cafe is overpriced and the trollies used for delivering food are intrusive. I don't understand why they are using trollies as some very hot food wash carried thru by hand and multiple tables were cleared with staff using trays!!! Some of the staff were too tall for the trollies and from a health and safety point of view they looked uncomfortable. Overall very disappointing

A big thank you to the lovely staff in the restaurant who are very helpful and kind and their hard work is most appreciated. I have visited this garden centre many times recently and have always enjoyed the food which is beautifully served. The cleanliness of the restaurant is ‘excellent.’
