I visited the Lowestoft store on the 7th March to buy a curtain rail, I asked for help from an assistant called Dawn, she was so very helpful, I can't praise her enough, she went that extra mile and even took the curtain rail out to my car in the rain to make sure it would fit before I paid for it, she definitely needs some recognition for her exceptional customer relations. In fact all the staff at this branch are very helpful and polite, it's a pleasure to shop in the store.
