Lovely garden centre with excellent range of plants. Everything that I have bought from here has thrived. Prices aren’t cheap but well worth what you pay for. Only negative is lack of staff, it’s very much a do it yourself centre! Oh, and the coffee shop is lovely, they do an excellent Sunday roast and lovely light lunches. :)

As always stood in queue for ages to get toasted sandwich - always 20 mins. I sat at table as have foot in plaster whilst my husband queued. After he had paid he suddenly rea Used he had not ordered the chips so went straight back to the cashier and was told he would have to join end of queue. Zero customer service and a further 20 minute wait in a queue. Sorry but will not be eating there again

We recently had lunch in the Coton Orchard Garden Centre, having purchased a number of items in the garden centre itself. I was reluctant to have lunch there because when I had a jacket potato in the Cafe last year, it was a miserable experience. The potato was under-cooked and entirely tasteless. This time, I believed, I could choose something else and all would be well. Unfortunately, the quiche was soggy and unpleasant to look at and to taste; the accompanying salad was no better. I mentioned my disappointment to my partner, who had a hot sandwich; he responded by saying that the sandwich was not very good either. I am never going to eat at that cafe again and hope we can go to a different garden centre when we need something for the garden. The cafe people know how to make coffee; it is too bad that they do not know how to prepare food properly. What a disappointment!
