Went to dobbies Abn today, with mutual friend, we had just come back from cemetery, after losing a mutual friend, we went for something to eat and drink and a wee shop, as we reminisced of shopping trips here with our friend, my legs got tired so we sat on a display setting garden set! A man came over (manager) called Colin, we explained what we were doing, he was so kind he said enjoy take as long as you want enjoy your memories and sent complimentary coffees over, then several different staff passing by chatted, we told all how kind the manager was. They all spoke highly with great respect and appreciation of their boss, so pleasant to hear, he appeared to be a good fair leader! There was a mix up at till and left store still £10 overcharged but I'm in no doubt it will be corrected no problem. A pleasant experience indeed, what a difference one or more nice people can make in a store to make the customers day brighter thank you Colin

Today I visited with a friend we had been to the cemetery as we had just recently lost a mutual friend, we came to dobbies to relive the many many trips with the mutual friend and this being the first visit, we went to the restaurant, and then browsed and shopped, (lots of bargains) however my legs got weary and we both sat on a very nice garden set and began to chat, a lovely man called Colin (manager) came and asked if we were ok? To which we told him the story, he so kind saying please enjoy your memories take your time and we will send over complimentary coffee! Wow then other staff checked on us as passing, we explained what the nicebmanager had done and to which exclaimed he is a great manager and great leader, wow what a pleasant thing to hear, staff actually in respect and admiration of their boss, it truly was a memorable visit. The girl at the till had made a mistake at the till tried to rectify it, but still was overcharged by £10! But I know it will be sorted no problem

went to dobbies today and could have stayed there for hours .Thought it had loads off exellent garden stuff but some were a bit expensive .I also like there selection off tropical fish but again some are i feel a bit over priced but overall really liked it and will deff be back there
