i visited garden centre and found it very very good also had a meal and that was good mind was still warm and it took know time at all to get served yes a lot of the table needed emptying but that shows it was good and that they were busy and staff were very polite better than a lot of other places we have been in fact Dobbies at Stirling should take lessons mind the dobbie at ayr is nice as well will be back thank you

My husband and I visited Dobbies on Sunday 22nd January. Whilst there we decided to have lunch I started to queue for Sunday lunch where just one person was serving, even though the guy on Pizzas had no customers and there were other staff stood around. after queing for a considerable time we got served only to have to join another queue for coffee. Eventually we got served there and then had to join another queue to pay. Hence once we eventually sat down to eat our meal it was flat cold. We will not be eating there again!

we went as a family of 4 today 6th nov for an afternoon trip. displays etc were lovely and after looking round we went to the cafe for a drink and relax, well, the staff that we did see looked stressed when we asked only for 2 hot chocolates like she was going to have a nervous breakdown and she called for help which meant a girl from the til had to leave her place, leaving only one on the till!! it wasn't busy and i was disgusted at how nearly all the tables were not cleared or cleaned! we had to clear other peoples mess and dishes to make room for us. only one member of staff appeared to be tryin to do the impossible task. we didn't stay in there too much longer as table dirty. Toliets were also found to be messy and unclean!!! will not be going back there until things have improved!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I went to dobbies. The layout is very good I found that there was plenty room to push a wheelchair around as I had my mum with me. The staff where very helpful and helped carry my goods to the car as I could not do it in one go and push the wheelchair. The cafe was lovely and spacious, and the food was very nice. I will be back again
