Visited Braehead restaurant today as a Dobbies member I had a voucher for 200 points if I spent £10 or more this voucher expires on 1st September . I gave the voucher to the cashier as the bill was £11.90 but she said she needed all the voucher as it had a barcode on the back I went into my bag and found the rest of the voucher and tried to give it to the cashier but she said she had already taken the money and then ignored me to serve the next customer. I am very unhappy about this situation.

I enjoy my vists to braehead dobbies the staff are great especially the girl who works at the aquatic section full of knowledge and great customer service. As keen marine aquarist Iam constantly suprised at the reasonable prices at your store and without a doubt the fantastic quality in your live stock of fish and corals. Over the past few months I have purchased a number of fish and corals from yourself and now feel I no longer require to quarantine . So please pass on my thanks and keep up the great work.

My husband and I are cardholders and we go to your garden centres all the time. The one in the valley and stirling at least once a week I always always buy something !!! I have a big big problem with the state of the dirty tables in the restaurants. We. Where in breahead today we sat down for our tea one coffee at at about 3'00 in the far right of the restaurant . There was maybe five tables around us with dirty plates on them. And by the time we left at 4'15 they where just being cleared and the girl that was doing it was not happy. !!!!! All you could hear was the bang ing of plates.and cups. I don't tell me you where short staffed its all ways like that. It really is not acceptable for such a large company. It is not good customer service to have to look at dirty crockery all
Around you ..... stirling and the valley are not much better please do something about it. It lets you down. .......
