Best garden centre in this area. I remember getting all my wedding flowers off them in 1958. They had a flower stall in Todmorden market hall. Lovely place.

My daughter and I have been coming to Gordon Riggs for over 20 years and would not go anywhere else even though there are numerous garden centres near to where we live. We travel from Tyldesley near Wigan on a regular basis for all our plants and have never had a failure yet. The prices are so affordable we can buy so much more for our money and we enjoy the set up here as we feel so comfortable in the surroundings. When we have finished shopping we go across the road to Bottoms Mill and have a look round then upstairs to the cafe for lunch. We spend nearly all day here as there is so much to see. I am writing this as I wait for my daughter to pick me up as we are coming again today. My husband and I were here 5 days ago when I got most of my plants, today I am getting the rest. Thank you Gordon Riggs for giving us such pleasure.
