We originally started as a wholesale-only nursery many years ago but have concentrated more and more on retail during the last two years, with great success, we grow virtually all our own plants and specialise in perennials. Lock down this year has made us into gardeners. We came across Greenacres a couple of months ago while looking for pots. The service is brilliant, the staff are so helpful & knowledgeable & really helped us choose the right plants for our garden, as we haven't got a clue. We have been back several times & the strawberries are the best too.

Enjoy a trip to Green Acres. service is fantastic and the plants are amazing, I've had many assortment grow fantastically in my garden and come back year after year.

Apart from this nursery being local I love the fact it is no-frills, concentrating purely on plants and no overpriced fancy goods to tempt you. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. It is a nursery in the true sense and I use it often . There are many more nurseries for those wanting more than just plants and compost .
