Lechlade Garden Centre

I took a friend to your garden centre today and she was treating me to lunch. However I am being treated holistically for an I’ll Ed’s and am dairy and gluten free at present. I asked the lady is the till what she could offer me the response “the only gluten free is cake!! When I said I want a meal she handed me a folder to look through she obviously had no idea and the folder wasn’t much help as it took a while to find a complete meal. I settled for tuna mayonnaise jacket potato it wouldn’t have been my choice. I regretted not asking to speak to the chef. You advertise that you cater for food allergies however you only had butter for the potato. The staff appear to be incompetent and we waited along time after ordering our food to being served. There is also a very long queue for drinks as there is only one member of staff serving. I won’t be back

We visited the garden centre today and was very pleased with what we saw, however,the Resturant really let the side down. Very rude staff and after waiting over an hour for one breakfast that never came, got our Mooney back and left. There was no apology, just the words, cash or card.
