Had my worksop delivered buy newline sheds on monday the 27th feb , i must say what a very pleasant company to deal with, helpfull sales staff , and delivery staff , placed all the parts exactly where i wanted them . thank you newline sheds

I can highly recommend Rothley Bespoke Sheds and garden buildings. Roy is a joy to work with, does what he says he is going to do, and delivers on time. Everything is first class. It's nice to find someone dependable, who takes a pride in his work.

A friend recommended sheds from New Line Sheds and the quality of the sheds in their showroom do look slightly better than others. I don't really know how good my £1200 shed is because it is taking them 3 weeks to deliver after 6 weeks to build it (they said it'd take 4 weeks to build initially), that's 9 weeks! I was unable to accept delivery when they called up and requested it to be delivered in 2 weeks but only to find out when I called up to re-arrange delivery for the same timescale as requested, that they need a further 3 weeks before they can deliver. No warning was given at the point when they called that if I didn't take delivery and my requested delivery in 2 weeks could not be met and need to be subjected to a further 3 weeks. Basically, they have put my delivery to the back as if it was a new order which wold take 3 builds to build. They need to set better customer expectations and this is a very disppointing experience from their poor delivery schedule.
