I am so impressed with your Staff and Service during these difficult times of Coronavirus.
I required a part for our garden hose and the lovely person who answered my call, put me through to an employee In the garden department, who sourced the part and during payment negotiations, said he could deliver it to me in Bramley as he was in the area the same day. I’ve had contact several times with Simon before in store when I’ve had problems about what to use/apply/do,he’s always so helpful and knowledgeable and never makes me feel an idiot.

Well laid out centre
Plants quite expensive for their size
Restaurant v good for meals and not expensive - staff excellent and v helpful
Bulbs reasonable with quite good offers
Clothes + cushions and furniture a bit pricey but again offers quite good
Silk flowers lovely but way too expensive
Loyalty card makes a good impression
Talks on gardening probs here are very good indeed, helpful and useful - staff excellent.
Overall staff make the place, but it is expensive generally. Please think about some price reductions across the board we don’t all have bottomless pockets
