I have been coming to Nottcuts Solihull for many years and have always enjoyed my time there. There are so many wonderful plants you never go home without something new for the garden. The Restaurant supplies excellent food and the staff are always obliging and always help you to get things to your car.

How can notcutts be dog friendly If you bring your dog you are not allowed to even sit outside for a meal let alone the two free drinks allowed as a privilege card holder .I shall not be renewing my card or even visiting your stores again

I went to the Solihull branch on Sat morning for my members deals and asked a young man for help - he was excellent - he took me to each item I wanted to purchase - took me to the till and waited with me to ensure I got my deals then went with me to my car carrying the heavier item for me . I am a senior and treat me with the utmost respect , was as helpful and good natured as you would ever wish for - he is an excellent ambassador for your store and I recommend him for the employee of the month award (if you have one).
