We visited the nursery yesterday and saw a wooden gazebo for £650. Went back today (less than 24 hours) later and it had gone up to £999. We understand things are going up but that increase is beyond rediculous. We certainly wont be back.

Regarding Zoe Reed's problem with a no refund policy. It is against the law to refuse a refund, providing the item bought has not been damaged by the purchaser. 'The Sale Of Goods Act' protects anyone from being sold any goods, either faulty or not fit for purpose and the Seller MUST comply. The seller CANNOT insist on a credit note, also, they cannot refer you to the Manufacturer of the product, the business or contract, is between the Seller and the Buyer and does NOT involve any other. Also, any product with a Manufacturers 12 month guarantee, only applies if the product is damaged or misused by the buyer, if it IS a manufacturing problem and deemed not fit for purpose, you can in some cases, demand a refund after 3 years. Know your rights, read the Sale Of Goods Act.
