called into this centre to browse and potentially purchase
some products. On entering the doorway we were met by
a member of staff who asked if we were Garden Club members,
we advised we were but told her we did not have our card.
She very curtly informed us that without it we could not enter
the store. Normally one has to just advise one's postcode,
we then asked if we could use the toilet and again told no, so we left. We continued to the West Country and visited 2 garden
centres where we had no trouble gaining access - what a farce!
Shall not be using this store again - such rude and arrogant staff- can someone explain why you would restrict access on what would have been one of the busiest weekends?
