What a pleasure it was to visit and purchase goods from this store I thought the lost cardiff store was the end of my trips to wyevale How Wrong I was I'm not allowed to mention by name the assistant that served us she was outstanding in all ways and is an excellent ambassador for your company and a credit to the manager Can't wait to visit again hope it won't be too long

There are plenty of great products and range, loads of great gift ideas and food treats! The restaurant isn't great but does the job and the play centre is a great plus! Fish centre is fantastic and pet is good too! What lets it down is the staff, not the fish or pet staff as they are fantastic but the general staff, who are rude and unhelpful! You stand at tills while staff chat to each other or left waiting for price checks etc. yesterday another such event left waiting for 10 minutes as the person in front needed a price check, no apologies and other staff standing around talking, they eventually opened another til but left us who had been waiting 10 minutes so walked out! Shame, had potential but staff are really rude and couldn't care less, they laughed when I eventually had to leave without getting our items.
