Parkers is a lovely, friendly garden centre, lots to see, wonderful plants, pots and gifts and a great restaurant, Sunday lunch is a must, very enjoyable for a day out.

Parkers Nursery is one of the smaller nurseries, however , it has a large and varied stock of all that you would need for a beautiful garden.
The bedding plants are especially of good value and are hardy.
Their Camelias are beautiful and vary in size and price. There are several varieties of shrubs and bushes and you will be spoilt for choice.
There is a gift shop which is full of novel ideas and you can purchase for a few pounds upwards depending on your choice.
The Applegarth Restaurant is a particular delight with plenty of seating ( outside for nice weather) inside, with a pond full of beautiful Carp.
You can also purchase hams, cheese, bacon, bread , cakes biscuits etc. and frozen meals ( fabulous choices).
There are various themed days including halloween pumpkin scooping and Christmas previews with nibbles !
This is a place to visit to browse, eat and enjoy. Give it a try, you wont be disappointed.
