Rushfields was established in 1984 on a Green field site, over the years it has gone through many changes, starting its life as a small nursery growing bedding plants and vegetables in polythene tunnels, it soon became apparent that the demand for a wider range of products would mean that Rushfields needed to expand.

Terrific service by phone and composts delivered today as arranged, by friendly & patient chap. Super service, unmatched by other companies I tried.

I arrived at Rushfields Plant Centre to buy some Modens Lincolnshire Plum loaf, to find they were sold out so I asked if I could order some as a delivery was due soon, Jean the member of staff served me and took my phone number as I wanted 4 loaves,
I was rung by Jean on the way home to say they had been delivered, so I picked them up on Saturday all bagged up for me to collect. Really pleasant staff.

I came today, bought some great plants and other things and had a really lovely meal in the cafe - lunch. Rushfields are to be highly commended for the excellent standard of hygeine in the cafe as well as the cheerful, helpful service, the really happy atmosphere of the cafe and the lovely food - and of course, the amazing range of cakes! Thank you so much!
