I recently ordered large bags of compost and gravel via the website. It was fairly straightforward; the only slight issue was that there was no obvious 'Click and Deliver' option as well as 'Click and Collect', although when you fill in the billing address it asks if you want the items delivered to the same address or a different one.
I ordered on a Thursday and the correct items were delivered the following day, so it was very efficient. (I understand delivery days are Mondays and Fridays.)
In store there is a good range of plants and sundries, and the staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great service and as unable to visit the centre at present delivery was on tie and very helpful staff.

I have had an excellent experience at the Shooters Hill centre thanks to ALY!
She was kind, helpful, attentive and ready to go the extra mile in an extraordinary way! She helped me choose a present ,carried things and also ended up planting a rose for me in to the pot!
I couldn’t have been more pleased with her help!
