Blackacre Nurseries

I visited this garden center recently as i herd they had tropical fish for sale ,i went with caution as was told they were poor fish keepers and not very good well i have to say from what i saw they are as good as any i have been to visit and their prices was on par with any one else and i found the fish all healthy and living in good water . I would recommend them to any one to go and have a look plus a big garden plants selection worth a look if you have a garden and need to buy good healthy and well priced plants

It is a couple of years since I last visited Black Acres.We went there this sunday and bought some plants for the garden.We had just visited another garden centre nr Lanivet and was disgusted at the prices they were charging e.g £3.50 for a small pot of mint.We bought a healthy looking pot of mint which was only 89p plus a few other plants. It would have been more but I only had so much cash on me, and you dont take debit cards. We will be visting again soon, and from now on Black Acres will be first on my list. I also liked your aquarium and the fish looked really healthy and were a reasonable price. The staff were very helpful as well. I bought some runner beans and was advised not to put them in the ground yet. Not many retailers would bother to advise, just take your money
