We can only speak for ourselves, and I would not hesitate in recommending Chacewater Garden Centre. We have been going there for several years and have always found what we are looking for, whether it is a present for family member, or plantage for our own resculpted garden space. Always totally immaculate, with pleasant space around exhibits (not all squashed in), very friendly and helpful staff. A favourite place of ours.

I love this garden centre! I've shopped here many times, used the cafe, and just visited with friends for a browse around for ideas for home, or gifts. This year, for the first time, my partner and I decided to invest in the filled hanging baskets. They were absolutely gorgeous, excellent value for money at £19.99, overflowing with massive flowers which kept going all through the summer. We had many many comments about them from visitors to our home, and were so pleased with them, that we had them refilled with winter flowers, and they too are looking fabulous. I have always found everyone very friendly and helpful, and always willing to advise me on any gardening questions. The management were also kind enough donate a lovely planted container as a raffle prize for a Macmillan event that I held, so all in all, this garden centre is a winner for me, my partner, and all our family.

This is my little girl's favourite place to go - for her it beats the traditional tourist parks hands down. I don't quite see the fascination, but as garden centres go, this is a pretty good one. The cafe is lovely, with a small outside seating area and some very good cakes. The fish / reptile section is quite nice, the fish all seem healthy and the tanks are clean. The staff are very helpful and friendly; the guy in the fish section in particular seems knowlegable. Good slection of garden-based gifts, reasonable selection of plants and garden furniture, and excellent for child-sized garden tools. Plenty of parking. Nice place to go for an hour or so. We are very sad that 'Bert' the big gekko has gone to a new home though!
