I've been a regula customer of you since I moved to Milton Keynes in 1983 and have always been very happy with whatever purchase I have made. !y granddaughter who is 7 thinks your centre is the best place and most interesting place to come.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service received at frost garden centre today 2nd July after being given a voucher for a free pot on my last visit I decided to go and claim my free pot I went to the check out to be told by your staff that I couldn't have the free pot because you have to purchase another item ,nowhere on the ticket did it say you had to purchase anything your staff agreed this was the case but still she would let me have the pot,as my consumers right i should have been allowed to keep the pot let's just say it will be a long time before I return to your store

Hello Joan, apologies for the service you received at Frosts Woburn Sands, you were misinformed regarding the free pot on this month's Thank You Voucher. It would appear that the staff member who served you had got confused with the terms and conditions of this offer, as we had previously offered the pot as part of a different promotional voucher. This has been passed to the Garden Centre Manager to make sure staff are fully aware of the terms and conditions on this offer. Frosts marketing manager deserves a huge congrats for the circus, ice rink, Father Christmas grotto, T shirt painting, etc,. etc.,etc., plus the hugely popular 'Beach" - fantastic. Kids love it all as do parents and grandparents. Looking forward to upcoming adult courses too. Food is excellent value. New restaurant is just wonderful and as always plants are inspiring and uplifting. Staff are always willing and helpful.
