LADDs Garden Village

I have read countless terrible reviews about this place and i would just like to reinforce this feedback. PLEASE if anyone is thinking about getting a dog i urge you not to buy it from this place. The conditions these young pups are kept in is disgusting, their small cages are dirty and smell like urine and the pups are clearly distressed. This is no way for a puppy to be kept, im hoping if more people complain we can get this place shut down as it is truly unacceptable. Even the birds are in a sorry state some with substantial feather loss and clearly very stressed and unhappy. The manager, a very rude Polish lady, marched up to me as i was cuddling a young puppy on the shop floor and shouted "what are you doing with my dog and snatched her out of my arms, i would like to suggest to her if you dont want people to pet your dog dont have it roaming around on the shop floor. Regardless of the terrible attitude of the managment if you care for animals please dont purchase your pets here.

Bought a puppy from lads through pure putty purchase , trying to save one puppy . Which I know is stupid because I'm lining puppy farmers pockets. But I defy any normal lover to walk into there and not try and save one. The puppy I bought nearly died on numerous occasions , the paperwork was fraudulent and vets on the vaccination card doesn't even exist , the poor puppy I bought is very much loved and lucky to be alive.. But has Heath problems for life. How the owners of the pet store don't feel guilt is beyond me. Cruel people in a cruel trade. DONT BUY A DOG THERE , people should group together and try and shut them down. Puppies from squalid conditions is not acceptable , and I know mine came from that as she had so much feaces in her ears they had to be drained, they may clean the outside of the dog but you can't hide what you have done on the inside. Tragic and unacceptable , evil people , and would not recommend for £10,000 or even a million
