What do you think about Riverside Garden Centre?

We had a patio installed from Riverside Garden Centre in 2014 and after the pointing crumbled away 6 months ago we started a long process of trying to get it fixed. Numerous attempts were made to contact them to arrange a time to put the work right. They failed on several times to show up. They admitted the pointing was faulty and said that a few of their jobs from that year were wrong. They never actually fixed the job and despite the threat of legal action they are still ignoring our communication. Cheap product, cheap service, should have known better. Be warned and look elsewhere. They might seem like nice guys but when it comes to running a business they haven't got a clue.

Small back yard job, new Fencing and Decking fitted. Fencing panels constructed and fitted by them, wood sub standard, knot holes all over bits fell out, within days. Panels not pinned correctly, left pins sticking out into neighbours garden. Took panels back for remedial work returned them in worse state. Decking started splitting within weeks. Despite assurances from Manager/Director( Mr Smith) work would be remedied to satisfaction he failed to contact back or return phone calls Ignored registered letters Months trying to get the job completed to a reasonable level. Agreed to financial compensation for unsatisfactory work , his cheque bounced. Riverside Garden Centre Talks the Talk but doesn't walk the walk.

Simply atrocious. Rude, arrogant teenage staff and a manager that simply should not be in the job. Avoid.
