This is a review more about the cafe. The garden center itself is a lot better than it used to be, however, the cafe, Well what can I say......... it could be amazing with the right management in place. The staff didn’t know what they were doing, they ran out of cutlery....... didn’t know who was having what. Food was left on the counter for at least 10minuets before delivering to the correct table. The lady taking food out to customer was asking people on different tables if it was theirs, HONESTLY. I love coffee shops and you could and should have a little goldmine there. Great cafes pull in the public massively. Unless you have a major change I don’t see much success. SORRY for bad review but it was painful watching the staff in the coffee shop. My coffee was delivered a good 5 minutes before cake, this should have been delivered altogether. A great shame .
