I can only advise people not to buy from this company. They take your money and don’t send out the order but when you cancel the order they don’t refund your money. I placed an order in early June and on 7th July after I chased them I was told it wasn’t a good time to send out fruit trees. I then cancelled the order rather than waiting until October and asked for a refund. They cancelled my order but despite my reminders that I have not received the refund I am not getting any response from the company. Stay well clear as I see from other feedback that I am not the only person having this problem. I just wish I had known how they worked before giving them money

Useless paid for a tree had no response from they have taken the money tried phone email message

Can't fault them! Ordered a patio greengage Friday evening (having previously same late evening sought information from them), tree was delivered Wednesday morning with a bank holiday weekend between. It was substantially packed with a strong stake and padded with straw, no damage whatsoever. The tree had two strong branches (does a greengage thrive as an espalier?). It was in full leaf and well watered for the journey, container grown and packed. All in all am delighted with both the service and the product. I have had my own garden for 58 years so do have some experience.
