extremely unfriendly, unprofessional unpleasant environment to come to.the staff laugh , comment and gossip behind customers back and in the presence of the customers.90 per cent know hardly anything about plants, 90 per cent are abrupt. there is zero customer care policy in this shop.the prices are amongst the highest in London and the plants, well, 99 per cent are very common,
all in all, no reason to visit this shop really.
