Heads Point Garden Centre

I telephoned the garden centre enquiring about Stornoway Black Pudding which,after some research,found that they did indeed sell the product.When i asked if they had any in stock,i was rather rudely and told in a stern manner that they didnt have it,but would have it,maybe next week if they had enough orders for it and DONT order it from the supplier unless its of significant quantity.I found the ladys manner i spoke to on the phone somewhat arrogant and of a certain acccent.No doubt my refusal to purchase any goods will not appease this certain ladys approach to a polite,courteous telephone manner which is a first impression of any potential purchase(s).
