What do you think about Marcham Plants?

I've been buying plants from Hyde Farm Nurseries/ Marcham plants for the last 15 years. The owner is pretty much a one man band and the place doesn't look glitzy and corporate like the nearby Frosts however if you are prepared to put up with rough edges you will find the best selection of of large, reasonable and hand grown geraniums, Pelargoniums and Fuchsia in the county - Waterperry style plants at Homebase style prices. It's always worth a hunt around as the greenhouses that are open to the public usually have some off the wall veg plants, hanging basket and rockery plants.

What a horrible, dirty looking place, Made to feel like I was trespassing. The unkempt looking owner was very strange indeed. it all reminded me of a scene set in a horror film. I wont ever be going back.

Pulled in here today as my car broke down outside at the front of some temporary traffic lights just outside RAC came out managed to limp car into the car park off the road out off the way and was verbaly abused by the owner I have never been spoken to like this I don't recommend anybody goes in here most unhelpful
