Order No - 5265956 - Ordered Lace Wing 6ft by 8ft Silver Aluminium Greenhouse - this arrived and we went to assemble on the 7th June only to find that all the fixings are missing. We contacted you immediately and a week later we have not even had a reply. The Greenhouse is in pieces on our Front Lawn and we are so so disappointed. Please can you refer to ticket reference 1003168 and send out the missing fixings by next day delivery. I would also appreciate a telephone call on 07787980839 or 07778410801 to confirm you have done this. Thank you. If I do not hear from you by the end of this week I will try and recall the payment!
