Beware of this organisation which has recently changed owners. We purchased a garden swing in May 2018, delivery early June 2018, priced £259 plus erection fee. The canopy has never fitted properly but despite complaints nobody in authority, from either Springs or the manufacturer , has been out to see it. Since September 2018 we have the body of the swing in the garden and the canopy in the garage , useless.! After the initial offer of a refund, nothing but an abusive phone call from the new owner. We are now considering the small claims court. We are both in our eighties and my husband suffers from Parkinsons disease so we could do without the stress!! A once wonderful garden centre but sadly no more.

Fantastic garden centre. Got a rooted Christmas tree last year and it's done really well over the year. Staff were friendly and helpful and nothing too much trouble.

Great garden centre with loads of plants. I like to find wildlife friendly plants and they have these too. If you visit make sure you go in their cafe after for some lovely cake!
