I am horrified that after spending £46 on a pack of 480 led lights bought just 14 days ago they failed after 5 minutes. Returning them today the very officious manager refused to replace them as I could only produce the credit card receipt and not the till receipt. I wanted them replaced not refunded but I was very rudely told it was not company policy to do this without the receipt thrusting a hand written sign in my face. My statutory rights under the sale of goods act require I am offered a replacement as the goods were faulty. It is also against the law to display misleading notices that attempt to compromise my rights. I am prepared to pursue my legal rights

Have visited at different times of the year but it always looks as if its in the process of closing down. Looked earlier this year at the 'best ever Christmas display' and whilst there was a lot to choose from and at 50% off, I personally thought it still to dear.
Apart from the pet section it all looks a little bit of everything and much of nothing.

Although this is a little out of my way, its by far one of the best garden Centres. Its like a Aladdin's cave. Everything you would wish to see and very reason prices, no snobby looking woman looking down their nose at you. It may not be laid out on shiny shelves but that's its a delight. To walk about and there is everything from plants to clothing, balloons, jigsaws, its endless.
We stopped and had an egg on toast and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you I will bring some more friends
