The worst customer service!! Just been in for two fans, they didn’t have the size we wanted but bought the small ones anyway. After getting home we realised they weren’t suitable so took them back, this all happened within half an hour. We were told we couldn’t have our money back it was exchange or credit note only! It was only for £20 and we couldn’t exchange as they didn’t have the size fans we wanted! No where does it state this! After being polite and asking nicely we were forced to have a credit note which we will never use! Absolutely ridiculous! £20 isn’t a lot of money but it isn’t the point the customer has every right to return an unwanted/unused item!!!

Been going to the garden centre for years and it gets better and better all the time. All the staff are very helpful and excellent atmosphere too. Not just a garden centre it has so many other goods, and food products its the BEST anywhere. Even taken friends and they cant wait to go again. I wont waste my time going anywhere else Tickhill Garden Centre is the BEST.
