Feel robbed and terrible customer service. After a visit to this garden centre to buy some vouchers for my father, I was only given a receipt, no vouchers, which I queried at the time and was told that the receipt was the voucher. So taking the cashiers word I gave the receipt to my father, who when tried to use it was told he couldn't as it was only a receipt! I have been in contact with this garden centre to explain the situation and they have offered me a sum equal to a quarter of the price I paid, refuse to take the matter any further and believe their cashier could not possibly have made a mistake. Are they calling me a liar?? Needless to say I would not recommend this garden centre and the customer service is terrible.

I think the range of products are good. Bargains and also the more expensive which you would expect from a garden centre. The cafe food is decent and at the side of other places I don't find it expensive. My only gripe is I often take my disabled father for lunch there and use their wheel chair. Today I couldn't use it as there was only one and it had no foot rest..no one who needs a wheel chair can sit with their feet suspended in mid air..maybe I shouldn't have replied on this service but at other garden centres they have more than one chair which are suitable for use. This will now put me off going again as it was a wasted journey.
