Visited Wyevale Woodbridge 21.11.16. Firstly wished to purchase an Acer. No staff in sales area, after 15 minutes gave up.
Wished to purchase grass seed, asked an assistant which was the best product and was told to read the labels myself.
Assistant then called internally for advice and was told no staff available, assistant advised her colleague we were leaving the store, we heard on the intercom 'OK'. Is this what Wyevale call customer service ?

I visited the garden centre today ,and got to the till to pay for my goods,the tiller told me how much she needed from me,I told her that I had a card to put points on,I could not find it straight away,but when I did I gave it to the lady and she informed me that she could not put points on it as she had taken my money and it was to late,so I informed her that I would not shop there again if this was the case,the lady did not care.so with that attitude you will probably not have any customers to serve I think if she does not like her job she should not be there,as I'm a taxi driver I bring people to your garden centre,NOT ANY MORE

I AM VERY FRUSTRATED BY THE SERVICE. I VISITED THE CENTRE LAST WEEKEND AND ORDERED A GARDEN TABLE AND CHAIRS, WHICH WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH. HOWEVER, IT WAS NOT IN STOCK, AND I WAS TOLD IT WAS AVAILABLE AT HEAD OFFICE, IT WOULD ARRIVE AT THE WOODBRIDGE STORE ON THURSDAY, AND THAT THEY WOULD RING ME TO TELL ME WHEN IT WAS AVAILABLE FOR COLLECTION. BY FRIDAY LUNCHTIME I HAD NOT HEARD FROM THEM, SO DECIDED TO RING, WE LIVE SOME DISTANCE AWAY, SO DID NOT JUST WANT TO DRIVE THERE IF IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. I TRIED RINGING ALL AFTERNOON, PROBABLY CALLING ABOUT 50 TIMES, AND NEVER GOT A REPLY. THAT IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND NOW I CANNOT CONTACT THEM.
