I visited on 11th December 2016, I have always enjoyed coming to Barnett's Hill for many many years, but the last couple of years have got worse, so when I went this year, I know I won't be going back ever!!!. the Christmas stock was awful, the products, the value, it all looked a mess. A lot of the stock wasn't priced, it was just a joke !!. You can go to a very large store in Kidderminster, get better dec's for Christmas, for much more than half the price, this company is taking the mick!!! I feel like it is going the same way as BHS, renting parts of the store to keep it a float. YOUR STOCK AND PRICING ARE ALL WRONG!!! Get back the old Barnett's Hill.

I love Barnett Hill, the soft play is lovely and clean and my little boy loves it. The cakes are always yummy and I love the range of home wares including the candles. (I'm a big Yankee fan). I regularly enjoy a visit with friends and can't wait for your ever impressive Christmas range.

Can you please consider how the children's soft play is paid for on various visits this is a total nightmare joining the food Que for restaurant with an excited child who doesn't understand we have to wait while everyone else in front decides what to eat or drink. I have tried to explain on various occasions to both staff and customers I Don't require food or drink but still end up waiting to hand payment over. I have had chats with other parents and all is ok if you double team your day out one parent takes child to play area and supervises while other parent waits in food Que but this isn't always an option. This current set up makes the pleasurable day out rather stressful at present especially when the till for pets corner never has a Que and is right the soft play entrance.
