My wife and I visited this centre w/c 3April. Some of our purchases were to be taken by us some were to be delivered. Of the items to be taken away by us one item (a children's garden tool set) would not/could not be zapped. This item was passed to another member of staff who also could not zap the item but just left the goods on the counter and continued to chat to another member of staff. The comment was "oh do you still want to buy it". I suggested that I just leave the £14.99 and they could sort the problem out later. Another member of staff then suggested it was put through on a general code. No one seemed bothered whether a sale was made or not. The other items which were to be delivered on Friday 6th did not arrive. I rang the centre at 10.30am on the Saturday - no one answered the telephone. I then wrote this review. This store is poorly managed.

No where as interesting and unusual range of products as when it was Jardinerie. Now just another garden centre as found from Lands End to John O'Groats. Thank heaven for the independents.
