I came with friends today to have breakfast in Stevenage before looking around. Regrettably the cafe was too cold for my friends and so we left before eating or spending in the centre itself. The staff were lovely and explained that heating does not go on until November. It was so uncomfortable in there and as many of the customers are older generation, it may be useful to review this policy. Three of us were lost to your business today and we would have spent money in the centre once we had eaten. I do feel that the eating part should be comfortable for people and would appreciate your taking my comments into consideration.

Visited the garden centre yesterday and was helped by Glen, absolutely knew his stuff and helped us with everything we asked, from the plants we bought to the type of compost required, the feed that was required, absolute gentleman and a credit to your company and Centre
