We have to say the same is not shared with the resturant. which as taken a turn for the worse, not just our thoughts, I have asked many people.who eat on a regular basis. The origanal staff are missing, leaving very inexperienced ones serving. they have not been using trays, holding dishes with fingers in food , not good. not very polite. and one extremly rude. Anyway, hope to see things improve,
But feel I would like to submit our thoughts of the changeover that as been done over the last few weeks. very good, and have had some very interesting ideas from browing around, many thanks, everyone is very kind and helpful. Just one thing that we have found upsetting. and that is your resturant. as I said at the beginning of this e/mail, we eat there twice a week, and things have changed.
you seem to have different staff, most not on the standard with six months ago. the ladies who disappeared, where the most polite and cheerful, and always aimed to please, twe have had many meals served cold, messy plates, ,also staff delivering food to tables, carrying, not on trays, but in hands, as today, holding the dishes with thier thumbs in the same to balance..
We are not the only people with the disappoiutment, as we spoke to others today,.. many thanks
