Staff was very rude and unhelpful. After nearly a 2 hour wait you don't expect to be spoken to like dirt. I won't be coming back here next year just for the simple fact of the attitude of staff. Other than that santa was great!

I believe that it was an overall shambles. However I loved Joshua Harpin's work and in my opinion he brings a certain degree of serenity quite opposite to the horrors of trench warfare. Furthermore he is just brilliant in his wide knowledge of the history of plants. Since I am a teacher I believe he should get a pay rise.

I love the alliteration in the product name 'Burts Bees' I think it is a top notch name and should be thoroughly congratulated. The fact the so many people forget to use these simple techniques infuriates me, but seeing this alliteration makes me jump in my boots. Thanks for a great customer experience, one I shall take to my grave.
