Went with my family today. Grandchildren loved soft play and craft units. We decided to have lunch in the garden centre. Big mistake. The ordering system is complete chaos. We ordered 5 children's meals and 4 adults all on the same number. Whoever, 2 child and 2 adult meals were delivered , cold and eventually, after making enquiries 3 children's meals arrived. Later 1 more adult meal was served. Although the restaurant was busy I find this level of service unacceptable. Our meals were cold s d people around us were also complaining of the waiting time. Still it's s lesson learned. We won't be eating here again but will still go to soft play
