Established in 1982 we are a traditional nursery and garden centre specialising in growing a huge range of home grown hebacious, alpine, herbs, and bedding plants. We also have huge stocks of shrubs, fruit and ornamental and fruit trees along with some super specimen plants for that instant garden effect.

Well worth visiting now the coffee shop/restaurant has expanded there are dining experiences on offer on a weekly basis at the moment (check website) i.e. different cuisines to sample and enjoy, the spanish cuisine evening was extremely enjoyable, staff looked after all our needs very well and the chef Jamie cooked wonderful dishes and food was served piping hot.
During the day the garden nursery is a must see there are many plants/shrubs/trees and always added extras as well as lovely lunches and good coffee

Popped in for a visit with a wheelchair user. First (and last) stop was the disabled toilet. Or should I say store room? Very awkward to move a wheelchair around the boxes of stock and large wardrobe kept in there.
Toilet too high to be used, used catheter wrapper in sink, bin overflowing and nowhere to put used pads.
Hoped to visit the cafe but vague signs leaving to a step killed that plan even before the toilet issues.
