Having read the previous reviews we are an odd one out in our dissatisfaction. Our Compassion rose was delivered yesterday and it is just about dead! Old root stock which has been pruned almost entirely away and yet it is still dying back. One tiny new sprout of fresh growth, so small it has been knocked off the stem in transit. We tried to 'phone the owner but no reply and then we sent a detailed email, still no reply, At £11.99 this was an expensive item which probably will never recover. Our local garden centres had run out of Compassion roses and so we ordered this one online. We wish we hadn't! The final straw of course is that nobody has had the courtesy to reply to us.

Arrived on the 26th - meant to be delivered by 30th March - box well packed, plenty of protection for the plants, wrapping easily removed - well pleased with them so far. I look forward to seeing them in full bloom!
