Maynards Nursery

Totally disappointed with customer service, which was non existent, at this nursery. We travelled from Darlington on recommendation from another gardening enthusiast and sadly left empty-handed due to the lack of manners of a female member of staff. We spent around 20 minutes enjoying the delights of the greenhouse and surrounding areas,(as there was only ourselves and another couple in the entire nursery) trying to decide exactly what we wanted when my husband required the toilet. Eventually we found a female member of staff and asked if there was a toilet. To which we were told that yes there was a toilet but for staff. She then turned her back and walked away. We were shocked at the complete lack of customer care. We travel far and wide to different nurseries to look at and buy plants etc for our garden and never have we encountered such appalling customer service. I really think that this needs to be addressed as you may find yourselves without any customers at all.
